WIND WIND AND MORE WIND. I have a 44lbs thrust motor on my 10’ pond prowler. I could not go against the wind. Got there about 9, fished till noon. Water was 55 and looked like chocolate milk. We got off the water pretty quick with only catching one dink. Once we got the boat on the trailer we jigged fished for crappie at the dock and caught 2. Walked down to the damn to get outta the wind, fished off the bank for a bit. My wife caught a 3 pounder on black and blue chatter bait. I caught 2 more dinks working a chatter bait like a Texas rigged worm.
