Nice quiet day, not much action, did not see much other than turtles and an otter.  The 6 I caught were really cold.  I thought it would have warmed up some and maybe fired them up, but I could not get much going.  I did not see much for baitfish or anything on the edges or shallows. I bank fished as I expected the water to still be low, but I was wrong and it might be higher than I have ever seen it.  Hopefully they were still in winter mode and there was not a kill off and the otter is not using it as a buffet.
