What started off as a rainy and cold morning turned around by the afternoon. Started on #3 hoping to cull some for the freezer but man it was tough today. They didn't want anything I had. Pulled a couple right at 16”. Fat and healthy. 
 

Moved to #1 and loaded up the boat for the afternoon. They weren't by the dam at all. Ended up finding multiple schools over by the dock side in 7-11’ of water with some suspended at 4-5’. Threw everything I had and nothing. Grabbed my crappie pole with a 1/8oz plain jig head with a Bonehead silver and red jig and BOOM!! They tore it up. Had several nice releases with one around 4 and the others a little over 2. Had a crappie go 2.13. Everything was set up for me to clean house and then my brand next Helix5 quit pinging fish. And my day was over.
