I fished Saturday Febuary 1^st with John and Robert Bedore! Welcome to the club Robert!

Three of us fished from 9:30-4:30 on one of the prettiest February days I can remember.  The temperature started at 47 and got into the low 70s.   The water was as low as I have ever seen it at Post Oak and the water was as clear as I have seen it with visibility pushing three feet.  There is almost NO vegitation in the lake!

We struggled to find fish in the usual places, but had plenty of success wandering around in the middle of the lake with slow presentations and long pause suspending jerkbaits.

The quality of the fish was not up to the ususal standards as we had a fairly even mix of culls and larger fish.

The ranch was beautiful as always and we had a ball on our first fishing trip of the year!
