My son and I hit the water just before 8:00, first fish on in less than 15 minutes. We did not hook or see any big- uns, but caught several up in the 2-3 lb. range. There are plenty of yearlings in this lake, several were caught on lures bigger than them!!! This lake is all about the brush piles as there is little to no grass. Most action was in a small pocket just left of entrance to back lake…the rest were caught scattered around the lake. White spinner baits, pumpkin color brush hogs were the ticket…and very slow moving retrieve bumping off the bottom.  20 caught, 11- were culls. Fyi- The lake appears to be down about 2-3 feet. Far left and right 20-30 yards of lake is less than 2’ deep and not fishable. This property is top notch and the lake is too!
