Fished Tuesday morning with another member out of kayaks. The lake was down but the launch area and everywhere we wanted to fish were in good shape. Visibility was 18” with lilly pads totally around the lake. We caught 58 bass,the largest being 4 lbs with another six at or over 3 lbs. The ones between 14” and 3 lbs were nice fish. We removed 26 bass.

The lake was calm and the fishing was good until 10 am when the wind picked up and caused problems positioning our kayaks plus the nicer fish turned off.Started out with my friend working the dam area and I went to the right from the launch area. Fish were on the edge of the lilly pads and in the near by trees. Wacky and tx rig worms worked very well and any darked color would catch fish.

After the wind picked up I paddled to the corner diagonally from the launch area and caugth many small fish in the stickups with nothing over 14”.
