I fished with another member Tuesday morning in separate kayaks. The lake was about full with vegetation not causing a problem in the first half. The back half was pretty much closed in with vegetation.My friend tried to fish the back half and gave up.

We caught 65 with 26 under 14” and nothing over 2 ¼ lbs. Started at the boat ramp along the grass line and was catching a lot of fish on creature baits,4” wacky and txrig worms.

I tried the trees and quickly joined my friend along the grass line. We caught 88 % along the grass line and up to 10 yds out leaving only 12 % from the trees which we kept trying off and on.

The color on the plastics did not seem to matter.
