My buddy and I arrived at the lake just before sun up. After staring down a water mocosin for a few minutes right by the shoreline, we caught several LMB off of the bank on top water. We launched the jon boat and caught several more on top water until the sun came up fully. We fished all around the lake wiith some success on plastics but the bite seemed to dry up. I threw a crank bait out into the middle and caught one on the first cast.  We went up and down the middle of the lake and threw plastics with a ¼ weight and caught several more in deeper water.  This is a beautiful lake and fun to fish. There is a lot of vegetation out to about 20 from the bank and on the south end.
