Been telling a friend about PWF and finally found time to schedule a trip.  So my friend, his 22 year old son, and I spent the day at Timber Lake. I’ve had several good days at Timber Lake and it didn’t let us down this time.  We got to the lake and started fishing about 7:30.  We worked our way across the dam and caught several on the swim bait and fluke.  When we worked into the trees I swiched to the wacky and Texas Rig and my guests stayed with the fluke, spinner, and a green swin bait.  The fishing was fairly steady but after about 2:00 it starter getting slow so we took a break untill about 4:00.  We went back out and the fish were ready.  The bite was still on when we had to leave the lake about 5:30.  We basically caught fish all over the lake, mostly in the trees.  These fish were all healthy, fat, and good fighters, even the smaller ones.  Most of the fish were 2-3 lbs with the biggest just under 4 lbs.  Realy a great day at a beautiful lake. Can’t wait for the next trip.
