I fished all day trip with member Richard Tedder started around 7:30. The bite was slow for about the first hour then we started catching some fish around 5 or 6 feet of water with swim bait and crank bait first time fishing this lake. There were some moss but we're able to use crank bait effectively. These fish are very healthy good looking fish hard fighters we had 12 by noon time. Most of the fish were between 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 pounds..Richard had a 5.6 … (phones in truck no pics).ended up with 35 with 18 unders. We finished up about 5:30. It was hot, but a cool breeze kept us going. Overall, it was a good day. Enjoyed our trip. Always enjoy talking to Winfred Tubbs….great accommodations he takes care of us.
