It was a warm, calm day with little wind. I kicked off the day at 8 AM and fished until 1 PM. 

Most of the largemouth bass I caught were in the 1.5 lb range, but the highlight of the day was a 3.5 lb bass. This big one had a massive head, though it was a bit skinny for its size. Still, it was an exhilarating catch and definitely made the day memorable.

Lures: Senko worms and a baby bass crankbait were the most effective today. 

Where I caught fish: Along the shoreline to the right (south-east) of the boat launch.
