Booked a PM trip on 5/15 the lake is still very full water temp was 80-82 with only about 6” of vis. I quickly caught a 4 and a 6 on back to back casts on a black and blue chatter bait. The bite was coming on really strong for the first hour then it died off. No real pattern i would catch one or two on differant lures and then throw something else. I love that there are no grasses of any kind to contend with at this property. So once the bass stopped biting i broke out the lawn chair and the stink bait and started hooking up with the cats this lake is slap full of them!! I landed 16 all were around 3 to 5 pounds, but i have caught a few in the 8 and 10 pound range before. I didnt keep any this trip so all were returned. I feel this would be a great lake to take kids too and get them interstead in fishing because the cats are always biting. Sometimes they start biting within a couple of minutes. Another great day on club waters
