A good morning for fishing. Cloudy, cool (for a july day in texas), and just a little chop on the water. Man, you’d have to turn you back to bait you hook. But not so fast, I’m having to work to get a hook-up. An occasional hit on a spinner, then one on a worm, ah a hit on a small crank, but, no real set pattern.4 hrs from 8:00 am till @ 12:00 and 27 fish, 24 harvested with several right at that 14 in. mark. They’re out-of-here. May be next year their buddys will be larger. Actually that’s a good morning’s fishing!
