Had a fantastic day fishing. We began fishing from a 1754 Tracker Grizzly (very easy launch) at about 11:00 am, and fished until 3:30 pm. Fishing started out hot with us landing a 4 ½ lb. LMB within the fist ten casts. Fishing remained steady until about 1:00 pm and then got much slower. We landed 16 total LMB, and lost a few others. 10 of the 16 bass landed were under the slot limit. 

Access to the pond was great. Before arrival, I was nervous about what the conditions of the property may be because of the recent rains; however, the road to the pond is constructed of gravel and allowed me to easily travel to and launch my boat into the pond without any difficulty.
