We had a great day at Toby Lake! Bray, OK is the perfect place to get away from the North Texas crowd and find solitude, not to mention the great fishing! The wind was howling all day, making us glad that we brought our bass boat. Due to the wind, we were only able to fish the dam, the two coves, and the point by the boat ramp, which proved to be plenty! We caught all of our fish on a red hyrbid hunter (throughout the lake) and livescoping with a damiki rig (in the cove opposite of the boat ramp). Almost all of the 50+ fish were fat and prespawn fish in the 3-4 pound range. We also had numerous 4-5 pounders, a 5.90, and an 8.32. What a great fishery, we will be back!
