My son Mike (also PWF) and I fished from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Saturday.  Wind was light 10-15 mph, temp low 90’s and mostly sunny.  We caught 17 Bass in total, with the biggest right at 4 lbs.  We have been spoiled with the fishing we have had all spring long, but a pretty good day for a summer afternoon.  Thought the fishing would really turn on early evening, but did not happen.  We caught about half the fish with spinnerbaits up against the lilly pads and the other half with deep diving crank baits along the main channel and out in the deeper water flats.
