I was greeted at Blackjack on 2/10 by a deluge of epic proportions.  I donned my rain gear and launched my boat at noon.  Within 15 minutes the rain subsided and the wind settled down and the fish kept biting.

the water was a good color with about 12 inches of visibility.   The bass were active till I left just after 5 PM.

The best baits were  chrome LCB and boot tailed swimming minnows.  The average size was 12-17 inches with no big bass on this trip.  I caught them on every part of the lake from 1 foot off the bank to middle of the lake from The dam to the shallows.
