Fished Malouf for few hours after the cold front, air temperature was sunny mid 50s and water temp was 60s when I left around 4pm. Lake is full and no more vegetation visible above surface. Didn’t know what to expect given the drop of temperature but tried anyway and see if I can find few willing to play. Mainly worked west side perimeter, caught only 3 fish in first hr and around 1:30pm fish started leaping out of the water chasing dragonfly so game on for the whopper plopper and caught most of the fish with it. The most productive area were the two southwest points north of the fence. Caught 15, 4 x 2-2.5lb, most were 1-2lb and 3 less than a pound.
