Absolutely beautiful day to be fishing. First fish was the 5/4, caught the 4 and 3/7 in that spot as well

The other two came from the middle brush piles. Late in the day had two fish (one really good one) not hold the bait and just pulled out of the mouths, dang it. Temp-  58-62

Lake 2’ low but looking great. Water lightly stained.

Awesome outing! I caught my pb (8.6) at the gap last year and I'm looking to make a trip out there soon. I wanted to ask if you used the pontoon boat and or if you noticed if it is in good shape?

Thanks again for the detailed report.

I used my own little boat, the pontoon is always I. The water and is decent shape. Last January I caught a 7 and a couple of 6’s and a 5. Love that lake.
