Mike and I fished from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM.  A warm afternoon with a 13-16 mph south wind, but manageable.  Water temperature was 66 – 68 degrees.  Water clarity was 3’ to 4’.  Lake level seemed to be about normal.  We caught 19 of which we harvested 13.  But remember we were harvesting 16” and below, and many of the harvest fish were 14” to 16”. Some nice fish. The 6 we put back, the biggest was 4 lbs. There was no particular pattern.  We caught some along the bank, some out in deeper water and some around the weed beds out in the middle.  A ¾ oz spinner bait with a tail worked, as well as a medium size square bill crank bait.  Late in the afternoon, caught a few on a wacky rigged Senko.  This is a beautiful property with a lot of water to fish.  Mike & I apprecaite all the thought the owner has put into the property.  Especially the concrete boat ramp and the flood lights were much appreciated as we loaded our two boats in the dark.  Best boat ramp set up in the club.  And we had a nice chat with Mike (the owners brother) as we were packing up.  This is a great property that we always enjoy fishing and will fish again.
