Took my brother and nephew to Frannies on Saturday and we all sat comfortably on the pontoon boat. My brother caught his PB and my nephew caught his first largemouth so it was a win-win for everyone.  Started fishing around 11 and caught 19 for the day with 7 culled bass and no crappie.  Off the water by 5. We actually tried jigging for crappie as I was marking a lot of fish suspended around trees in 14 ft but no luck. Weedline still pretty thick with signs of it dying off. Most of the fish were caught 5ft outside the weedline on moving baits.  We would get a couple bites in a spot and move on to the next section and tried to cover as much water as possible. Even with the recent rain, water clarity was ~2ft and looked good to me.   Frannies is such an awesome place with great scenery and can't wait to go back. We saw 7 deer on the way in and a dozen pigs on the way out.
