Got on the water at 7:30, air temp 70 and water temp low 80’s. Water visibility about a foot to foot and half. No Wind and no cloud cover for most of the morning. No luck with top water. Tried some moving baits to no avial. Went to Tx rigged worms, caught one small fish. Went to Ned rig, caught 2. Tried a number of other soft and hard baits to no avial.  I couldn’t figure out where they where or what they wanted, thats the way it is sometimes. I even tried trolling with a spinnerbait which has caught me fish before when it’s slow. Deepest water I graphed was 8.6 ft, appears lake is down nearly three feet.  With little to no wind the heat drove me off the water at 1;00, of course cloud and wind cover picked up after I left the lake.  We need rain and cooler temps.
