Booked an A.M. trip got on the lake at daylight. Water is about three to four feet low from last time i was there and very murkey. I tried severel lures and presentations but worms and frogs is what worked. Caught three bass with only one being culled and the biggest 4lbs i found the crappie stacked up on a brush pile, but they were very tight lipped so i only caught three. This is one of my favorite lakes in the club and im sure once it cools off this fall it will be on fire again. I did drive back to the smaller pond to see what kind of shape its in and its completely engulfed in weeds and several feet low i feel its unfishable
