Got on the water at daylight. Started out on Lake Raymond the water temp was 88 with 6 to 7 foot visibility fishing super clear water is not something i have much experience with and wasnt really sure what colors to throw. It was hot and almost most no wind for the entire AM trip. I fished the timber around the perimerter of the lake and managed 5 bass all were under the slot. Threw a bit of everything and every color, but no pattern ever presented its self. There is no vegetation at all in any of the lakes so all types of lures can be used. After a couple of hours i switched to the big lake in the back and caught two more both were under the limit. Met the ranch hand Raymond and chatted with him for a bit. Hes a super nice guy and even gave me some baits to try. This is a great property and im sure will be better once it starts to cool down
