James and I fished Sandy.Creek and caught some good fish – but James was the big winner with a 23.5in / 9lb monster.  Fished a little bit of everything: Spinnerbait, crankbait, Brush hog, drop shot, fluke, senko, jig, trick worms, and a few others. Most of the the fish caught on drop shots and brush hogs over the brush piles and in the creek channel.  Bite was steady in the am but died off when the sun got up.  Then there was a little flurry about 3p when James caught the big one.  Caught 40 in all. Most were 2-3 lbs, a couple over 4.
