Second trip with PWF and first time to cross the Red into one of the Texas lakes.  Picked up a buddy in Dallas and took him to Malouf Lake.  Weather was incredibly comfortable and water temp was 80.  Tried topwater and got some blow ups but switched to plastics, wacky worm and curly tail and we caught non-stop the rest of the day!  Nothing over 4 lbs but lots of healthy fish and steady action (well over 100 for the day) made it a great day on the water.  Buddy caught more than he ever has, so many that he must have been tuckered; I looked over at one point and he was sneaking in a nap.  I woke him up, no way you should be missing great action like that 😆
