First, thank you to Mr. Cody and PWF for making this beautiful lake available.  It is a magnificent addition to an already wonderful property.  Second, all I can say is FROG!!!   I knew when I got out of the truck and landed a 5 pounder from the bank with my first cast, and a 4 pounder with my third cast, that it was going to be one of those epic days.  In the first 30 minutes, I landed 7 fish with the frog, with only two under 3 lbs.  My brother and son stubbornly stayed with other baits, but I was having a blast watching big fish blow up and devour my frog offering.  The frog bite cooled off after 9:00, but I still caught fish with it until we left.  We only fished from 7:00 to 10:00, and landed 42 fish, with 9 culls.  This lake has everything a bass fisherman loves, and we can’t wait to come back.
