The last fishing report was back in March, and it mentioned a fire going through Carbon.  Does anyone know how the lake is holding up since then?  I’m sure it’s low like most lakes due to the drought, but wondering if it’s fishable still considering how shallow most of it is.  Anyone been out there in the last month or two or talked to the landowner?

We spoke to the owner today. The lake is down to 1.5 acres and while you could catch fish, I would imagine the experience would not be what most would expect. Lets hope we get some of the predicated rain fall next week. But, we will need at least 6-8” for us to see any sort of run off and likely 10” of rain to start filling the lake. 

I was thinking about this lake today and wondering how the water level would be after all the rains.
