As you pass through the gate, you’ll be welcomed by a quarter-mile drive lined with pear and crepe myrtle trees on a smooth asphalt road that crosses over the West Lake dam. Continue up a gentle incline, and you’ll find yourself at the doorstep of the owner’s home, with East Lake’s sparkling waters stretching out before you.

East Lake Highlights

Boat Ramp & Access

A convenient concrete boat ramp is available at the corner of the East Lake dam for guests who wish to bring their own boat. Please exercise caution on the grassy areas to avoid creating ruts.

Helpful Tips

  • If you’re bringing a bow-mounted hand-control trolling motor, remember to switch the motor on at the foot pedal.
  • Should your motor lose power, check your battery connections or switch to a backup battery if you have one.

  • Gate Access: The electric gate will not open until 5:30 AM. If you have an AM or all-day reservation, you cannot enter before 5:30 AM.

  • Boat Availability: On-site boat is temporarily unavailable.

  • Advance Notice: A 24-hour advanced notice is required to fish this site.

  • Trolling Motor Assistance: If unfamiliar with bow-mounted hand-control trolling motors, call the club office for tips.

  • Mandatory Bass Removal: Remove all bass 16" and under. Report the total number removed through the online reservation system after your outing.

Worth the drive to Henderson.

Had a chance to fish this beautiful lake and it was worth the drive. Caught an 8, couple of 5, and several between 3-4 lbs. Lot’s of laydowns and overhanging limbs to target fish. Will defniately revisit.
