This beautiful East Texas ranch has 3 separate 4-8 acre lakes available to our members. The first of the three lakes is likely the best starting point with numerous fish of various sizes and depths up to 15 feet. The second lake is smaller than the other 2 but boasts some interesting structure and great bank fishing opportunities, we were able to shock it Nov 2023 and got up a couple of big bass and lots of crappie. The third lake shock survey showed a high quantity of 1-2lb fish, there is not as much structure and depth as the first lake; harvesting will help grow the bass on this lake.

There is a small concrete road / cart path that helps you get to all three lakes so all weather access should not be a problem.

There is a concrete boat ramp at the first lake. The middle lake will be difficult to launch any boat other than hand launching. The back lake does not have an improved ramp, but launching small boat is doable. We would not recommend anything other than boats 16 foot or smaller on the back lake.

Requirements

MANDATORY!!! Remove all bass 16" and under from the first lake AND any crappie or catfish. DO NOT HARVEST any bass at the second lake but remove all crappie or catfish. Remove all bass 14" and under from the Third Lake. Report the total number of each species removed, back to the club office through the online reservation system after your outing.

Take all trash with you. Clean boat of all trash including your used soft plastics.
