Nestled in the heart of East Texas, this beautiful ranch offers members access to three separate lakes ranging from 4-8 acres in size, each providing a unique fishing experience. Whether you’re seeking a variety of species or a peaceful, secluded spot, this property offers something for everyone.
Lake Highlights:
Lake 1: The Premier Choice
- Size: 4-8 acres
- Depth: Up to 15 feet
- Fishing Variety: This lake is the best starting point for most anglers, offering a mix of fish species across various size classes. A well-stocked lake with plenty of opportunities for bass and other species.
Lake 2: Smaller but Full of Potential
- Size: Smaller than the other two lakes
- Fishing: A 2023 shock survey revealed a mix of big bass and an abundance of crappie. While it's smaller, it offers unique structure and plenty of bank fishing opportunities, making it perfect for those who prefer to fish from the shore.
Lake 3: Ideal for Bass Harvesting
- Size: 4-8 acres
- Fishing: This lake features 1-2 lb bass in large numbers, as well as less structure compared to the other lakes. Harvesting bass here will help improve the fishery, creating the opportunity for bigger, more trophy-sized catches in the future.
Access & Launching:

Road/Path: A small concrete road and cart path provide all-weather access to all three lakes, so getting to your fishing spot is never a problem, regardless of the weather.

Lake 1: Equipped with a concrete boat ramp, this lake offers easy access for launching your boat.

Lake 2: The middle lake does not have an improved ramp, making it difficult to launch anything other than a hand-launched boat.

Lake 3: The back lake features a small boat launch, but we recommend boats no larger than 16 feet for optimal use.
Whether you're looking to catch bass, crappie, or simply enjoy some quiet time on the water, this East Texas ranch provides a range of options, making it the perfect destination for anglers of all skill levels.
Requirements
- MANDATORY!!! Remove all bass 16" and under from the first lake AND any crappie or catfish. DO NOT HARVEST any bass at the second lake but remove all crappie or catfish. Remove all bass 14" and under from the Third Lake. Report the total number of each species removed, back to the club office through the online reservation system after your outing.
- Take all trash with you. Clean boat of all trash including your used soft plastics.
