This 10 acre lake is part of the beautiful Holly Hill Ranch in Quitman. We were able to see many bass from the bank and the shock survey produced a large quantity of 1-2 lb bass throughout the lake. Unlike many East Texas lakes this one is not completely surrounded by trees and almost all of the lake can be bank fished.

Launching boats is not easy. We would recommend hand launch or launch only small jon boats or plastic boats. This lake is very bank fishable, but will have tall grass around the perimeter.

We are harvesting at this time so please remove all bass 14" and under at this site.

Requirements

MANDATORY!!! Remove all bass 14" and under at this site. Report the total number of each species removed, back to the club office through the online reservation system after your outing.

Take all trash with you. Clean boat of all trash including your used soft plastics.

Had an absolute blast fishing the bank. Great quantity spot. They were eating swimbaits and t-rigged plastics. Caught probably ~20. Best was around 3lbs. Back right corner by the island was loaded with fish up shallow
