Cordo lake is a 10 acre lake just 2 miles outside the little community of Ladonia 65 miles NE of Plano. The 40 year old lake has a mix of standing timber, some above water and some below the 20 foot deep lake.

The lake was built in the shape of the great state of Texas and has a bridge that spans across the entire width of the lake and a 48' floating dock with a casting platform that provides casting access to the timber. The new owners of this property are committed to growing big bass and added two fish feeders and thousands of bluegill as supplemental forage for the bass.

There is a 14 foot flat bottom jon boat for members to use. Also, there are three great Ultra Skiffs for member use (one person per Ultra Skiff).

There is not a path or road once you go through the gate to the boat launch, drive slowly down a well manicured pasture to the boat launch area. Please note you may need to duck when going under the bridge to access the bulk of the lake. There is about a 4-5 foot clearance under the bridge to pass under.

For those interested in camping, electricity is available across the island. Also, a super unique aspect of the lake is that Wi-Fi is available across the whole lake, Wi-Fi name is "Cordo-Guest" and the password is the same as the name.

Please note this lake has a tremendous amount of 14-15”. This is the size we really need to remove.

There are giant crappie and catfish in the lake. You may keep all crappie and catfish.
