On the last weekend of the Tournament Bill Pease takes 1^st place with this 7lb 5oz bass caught at San Saba Waco Creek. That puts Jon Waters in 2^nd place at 7lb 3oz and Don Nichols takes 3^rd with a 6 pound fish.

We had 29 members enter the contest this spring which was a total of $580.00 in entry fees.  So, Bill Pease walks with a $406 payout, Jon Waters takes $116, and Don Nichols collects $58.  The checks are in the mail fellas!

Congratulations to the winners!  We would like to thank all of you that participated.  We hope you enjoyed the challenge and we hope to have even more contestants next year. 

We have had several members catch bigger fish this year and wish they had entered the tourney before their trip.  I highly doubt they'll pass up the opportunity next year!
