Athens - MK Ranch
14 acres of heaven sit just 2 miles south of the Athens loop. MK Ranch has a lake that has been managed for bass for more than a decade. The lake sits behind two homes who own the lake and the boat house is along the dam. There is aquatic vegetation, trees, laydowns and a creek channel. The lake boasts lots of bass in the 3 to 6 lb range and gives up several fish over 9lb every year. The boat house has a 15 foot pontoon boat with two comfortable seats and a second 12 foot very wide jon boat. You will need to bring your own trolling motor and batteries.
