The topwater bite was pretty consistent throughout the morning. We started at 7 and had the first fish by 7:10. A small white popper in size 4 was the winning fly. Most fish were taken close to the bank or on top of the scattered rocks. Water was super clear and 70 degrees. The two biggest fish were caught at 11:30 over some grass beds in 8 feet. Great lake for fly fishing and looking forward to returning!
