Good looking new property. Caught 7 for the day all over slot. All caught in 4 to 10 feet of water in front part of the lake by the ramp. The shoreline provides some protection from the wind to still keep the lake fishable. Largest fish was 5.8 lbs and I caught a 5 lber the next cast. Chatterbait  caught 5 and swmbait caught two of the fish. Has a good solid shoreline to launch my bass hunter boat. No mud to deal with at take off or coming in. Road to the lake was muddy but manageable with a good rate of speed moving through the muddy portion of the drive.
