Total Fish/Sizes : 11 up to 8lbs. Caught only one small fish about 2lb the rest averaged 3lbs with one 8lb+
Lures Used : Jig, large softbody swimbaits

Had a great afternoon at back side of the moon lake.  A truck is definitely needed to navigate the rough road to the lake with some water filled potholes, brush and steep inclines. Fished the damn and deep end of the lake with no bites. Worked our way to the shallow end and started catching fish. Caught one fish about 1lb with the rest from 2lb – 4lb and one giant about 8lbs+ caught with half of a carp sticking out of its mouth. Fished both squarebill and deep crank baits with no bites. Switched to the jig and swimbaits and started catching.
