Good day at Deer Trail – caught 30 or so with 9 removed.  The larger fish were in 6-8ft of water scattered all over the lake, with most of the smaller ones in 4 feet and closer to the pads.  Limited frog action but always fun – especially this late in the year.  Bait choice really didn’t seem to matter – just getting to the right depth – although most caught on white or silver. Some activity by dam with fish chasing bait to the surface.  Recent rains starting to have a good impact.
