Lures Used : senkos green pumpkin with red  6 inch TR and green pumpkin/chartreuse 5 inch rigged wacky. Got bit down the dam and around perimeter and secondary brush

Wonderful property and body of water that has been a stable of the great club lakes we are all blessed to fish. 
30+ fish and every cast is a shot at a big one here at Dogwood.
Water looked great, even the creeks were 3-4 ft after the rains. Lots of surface area to fish, no grass issues

I added a few pics from previous trips to show you a great spot. If you look in the background you can tell that most of the fish came from the same spot on Dogwood. The only one that was from the creek area is the one where I'm in a purple shirt. 

Dr. Jackson Bean put me on that fish and another one that was only about a 1 ½ pounds smaller than her. I caught both within five casts of each other. 
 

Bottom line, don't neglect Dogwood, add it to your rotation in spring and even the hottest of summer days!
