Fished from noon until about 5 in 100+ degree weather. Caught bass pretty much non-stop. All were over 1 lb, with the top one weighing 2.5 lbs. Used all top water lures due to the amount of grass in the lakes.
Whopper ploppers, frog buzz and normal buzz baits all caught fish. Caught well over 20 bass.
Highly recommend.
