Got to Tripple J about 6:15 and threw a whopper plopper from the bank before launching the club boat. No takers. Got out on the lake and threw a rat-l-trap and picked up two small bass.  Changed to Wacky and then Carolina with little luck.  Just off the dam on the east side caught a nice crappie on a rat-l-trap.  Then threw a beetle spin on a light weight rod and caught two more. These were nice crappie in the 1+ lb class.  Fun to catch. Then moved back down the lake with worms and rat-l-trap and picked up a couple more small bass and 2 over 14” about 2 lbs each.  Worked the deeper water in what I think is the channell, but no luck. A little slow, but still a good morning.  Looking forward to the next time!
