My son and I arrived at 0930 to a very very windy day.  Gusts up to 20 mph and recent rain made getting close to water to bank fish very difficult because swampy conditions around all the lake minus the dam. We fished everything and every way we could think of but didn't bring our kayaks as we thought a boat was there.  Lessons learned for next time, you must have a boat at this time to effectively fish this lake.  We had a good time,  a couple of small bites but nothing big.
