Sunny with slight breeze, finally!  Great day to fish.  Water is muddy, par for course. Full water level.  Started at the dam around 7:00a.m.  Did fairly well with multiple 3’s up close to shore using wacky and TX rig.  Brush pile in SW corner produced also.  East side produced consistently throughout the day, close to shore.  Soft plastics was winner today, green pumpkin and reddish colors worked well with shad color jerk bait and swim bait also working ok just off shore in deeper water.  Couple of 4’s caught at dam and east shores.  Dam shut down in afternoon, east side kept producing.
