My friend and I fished here from 7 to 11am, cloudy and warm. water temp 80 degrees.  Bass were very shallow and active early and hit pretty much anything.  We were promised cloudy skies all day by the weatherman, but the sun broke out before noon, and one of our boat seats broke, so we made it a short trip.  If you haven’t been to this property know that it is one of the best bank-fishing lakes – very accessible.  All the vegetation is gone so the entire lake is fishable.  The bass were frisky and we caught no culls, just 1.5 to 3lb fish. Beautiful property!
