I fished with my son from Noon until 6:00 pm. I think 90% of the fish are post-spawn. We caught the majority of our fish working up and down the dam with a chatterbait. We did have some nice blow-ups on topwater, but we only caught a few of those. Only three fish were under 14,” and all the fish caught seemed to be in really good shape. The water was fairly clear, and I did have a bunch of follows, but I think most of the fish we caught were reaction strikes like when the bait first hit the water or ripping out of the grass. 

My son is ready to go back, so thanks to the property owner and Privatewater Fishing for making this memory happen.
