Went out Friday with fellow member John Craddock, and we caught close to 70 lmb. Most were 1-3 pounds, but John ran into a 9.4 pounder by the dam. We caught most everything on natural colored texas rigged creature baits in 3-8 feet of water. It was a great day to say the least.

Goodness that's a great catch! Was it spawned out?? It looks incredibly long to “only” be 9.4? It makes me wonder if pre-spawn it might've been a DD!

We have a short video that I rewatched, and I really can’t tell if she is spawned out or not. She was caught deeper than the rest, approximately 10’ to 12’, so she definitely could’ve been post spawn. I know someone caught a 12 pounder at 6-0 a few years ago in the fall. It has some giants for sure.
