Lures Used : All fish on plastics. Mostly on a 7.5” Culprit worm in Crawdad. Had a few on a Black/Char tail and a Black Shad color

We fished from about 7:30 to 3:00 with a lunch break for Deen’s BBQ.  Started a bit slow and worked through some baits and colors til we hit on Crawdad and then we caught steady all day.  My son had a 5 on the N side of the big island out from the ramp.  Mostly, fish were in 4 to 6 feet just dropping off from the bank.  It was really windy so we were hunting water where we were protected and could fish slow.  

Spectacular way to spend the day!  We’ll be back there for sure.
