If you’re up for a challenge, try fishing without your main tackle box. I got distracted when loading the car the night before and did not realize I had left it until I got to MK! I fortunately had a couple of smaller bags and decided it was like that cooking show where you get a mystery basket of ingredients. So I tried cook with what I had!

I only fished from 7 til noon. The action was right on the edge of the grass out to about ten feet. I lost two nice fish. These fish are always angry and fight like crazy. It was a beautiful day and I did better than I thought I would. Maybe I don't need so much gear...nah that can't be right!!
