Turned hot and no wind. Water was messed up..thick algae and pollen has the water an olive color. Lots of thick slime also.The lake itself looks like bass paradise and had decent success there before but not this trip. Still a nice outing. Easy access to this lake with a great boat launch. Best spot each time out was along but outside of the timber in 3-6 ft water depth over submerged weed beds. Did catch 3-lb on topwater in shallow area along west bank.
