First time to Frannies. Amazing property and great fishery.

Weather was very cold in the morning (30s) but warmed to the 70s by the end of the day. Clear skies with moderate winds.

We caught fish throughout the lake. Most were suspended off the bottom on main lake points. Plastics were the most productive but we did get a few on spinnerbaits and even some top water.

The quality of the fish in this lake is the best I've seen in my 11 years in PWF. We culled 12 but the other 56 were very solid fish. All three of us had a 6 pounder. There were several other 5 lbs and lots of 3 – 4 lbs fish. Just a fantastic day.

Landowner came down to check on us at the end of the day. Very nice guy. He stressed how they are really trying to meet harvest goals to improve the lake even more. It's critical that we continue to harvest to help meet these goals.
